Alistair Crane, 26
Company: Grapple
Web: www.grapplemobile.com

Alistair Crane's career working with brands started at a mere 16 years of age in the advertising and sales division Northern & Shell, publishers of OK! Magazine and the Daily Express. Now aged 26, Crane has become a respected figure within the mobile industry and he has built up an impressive client roster. McDonalds, P&G and adidas are among the 90-plus brands for whom his company, Grapple, has developed mobile applications.

Co-founding Grapple at 23 years of age, in just two years Crane has grown the company from 5 to 85 globally, and included within the highly coveted NMA Top 100 and The Drum Digital 100 ‘Ones to Watch', has established Grapple as the digital agency to watch in the future. Grapple has enjoyed year on year growth since inception, which is particularly impressive considering that Grapple was founded in a double-dip reception and has received no VC funding.
