Despite being an online offering, McCulloch attributes much of the company’s success to its emphasis on offering excellent personal customer service and the ability to “pick up the phone and talk to someone”. McCulloch is busy ensuring the infrastructure and funding is in place for continued growth and expects to turnover £2.8m in 2005.
