Pamela Featherstone became a franchisee for business coaching chain ActionCOACH in 2012, running the brand’s Hull territory. 

Now, just three years later, Featherstone holds the title of ActionCOACH ‘Global Coach of the Year’ – the first person from the UK to ever win the award in the 23 years of the brand’s history – alongside accolades for North UK Coach, Rookie Coach and Most Improved Franchisee. 

One of the leading business coaching franchises in the world, ActionCOACH specialises in using one-to-one face coaching, group coaching, audio and video coaching, workshops, seminars and more to help companies develop their personal and business development techniques.

With a “passion and commitment to best serve clients”, Featherstone has grown her Hull network to seven-figure revenues and has invested heavily in educating her own team through training and publications in order to better support customers.
