The Heritage Healthcare (Cardiff) story:

Established last year, the homecare provider now claims to be the leading care service in Cardiff. The healthcare specialist offers flexible care packages that range from 15-minute calls to 24-hour in-house care to enable clients to live independently in their own homes.

Heritage Healthcare Cardiff has grown impressively since providing its first day of service on Christmas Day and currently delivers more than 350 hours of care a week while employing a team of 20. The company has built up its network by working with the local social services and Rangoonwala has ambitious plans for next year that include expanding into Swansea.

Services stretch from personal care services, household and domestic services to companionship and social support. New employees are provided with a five-day induction programme of training as well as ongoing training, helping to ensure the quality of care remains high.

Franchisee Jameela Rangoonwala attributes this quick market growth to the business’ passion for caring and commitment to listening and understanding clients’ individual needs – with the owner, who is also a Dementia Friends initiative Champion, completing a diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services in order to ensure the business’ clients received excellent care.
