And its indoor trampoline parks have fast-become a popular venue in the Welsh capital. The inspiring founders behind the activity business, 25 year-old David Montgomery and 31 year-old Taran Campbell, secured a low-interest Start Up Loan back in 2015 and this provided the financial boost needed to launch their first facility at a small park on an industrial estate.Jump forward two years and the young duo have now relocated their Cardiff trampoline park to a larger nearby site – twice the size – and have opened a second park in Inverness. With turnover growing month-on-month, Montgomery and Campbell have demonstrated just what can be achieved with a small cash injection and expansion is on the cards… the pair have announced plans to open an Infinity Trampoline Park in Alicante, Spain.Combining fitness and fun with a cash-positive business model, the judges felt Montgomery and Campbell were deserving winners and, having established Infinity as one of Wales’ top recreational and leisure facilities, believe their start-up has a bright, and buoyant, future ahead of it.That’s not to say the pair didn’t have any competition in their category though. Phil Woodward of design agency Steer73 commanded the judges attention and was awarded Highly Commended, while the founders of baking subscription service BakedIn; Joseph Munns, Anna Bridgen and Elaina Mickelburgh, scooped the Commended title.
