Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist 2013: Chosen Bun

Chosen Bun is the UK’s first specialist burger delivery service. Everything about its products and operation is configured for delivering perfect burgers. In the summer of 2012 it became clear to young entrepreneurs Andy Shovel and Pete Sharman that no one in the UK (or globally), had taken on the conundrum of how to deliver burgers in such a way that their quality doesn’t degrade along the way.

The eureka moment was the creation of their market-leading, thermal induction-heated hot-bags that keep food warm whilst it’s delivered and in July 2013 the duo opened their first delivery and takeaway shop situated in South West London.
