Enjoy Education announces ‘unique’ Mumsnet partnership

Private tutoring company Enjoy Education today announced a landmark partnership with leading parenting website Mumsnet, which will see the fast-growing business provide exclusive content for a new tutoring area.

Capitalising on the growing popularity of one-to-one tuition amongst parents, Enjoy Education will provide advice and resources in areas such as choosing a tutor, how to get the most out of tutoring sessions, and why a tutor is important.

In addition, the company will provide advice from secondary school heads and education experts on how to navigate the challenges associated with the private school admissions process, including entrance exams and interviews.

Founded in 2006 by Class of 2013 Young Gun Kate Shand, Enjoy Education claims to be unique amongst private tutoring companies in the range of additional services it offers, which include unbiased advice on what secondary school to choose, tailored academic assessments and advice on relocating to the UK.

Since foundation the company has grown rapidly, with a high-profile client list including several prominent figures in business, music and television.

Enjoy Education said the partnership with Mumsnet – one of the most popular parenting sites in the UK with 4.5 million visitors per month – would provide parents with valuable advice on tutoring, whilst significantly boosting Enjoy Education’s own profile and consolidating its position as an education sector expert.

Kate Shand, founder of Enjoy Education, explained the partnership in a statement: “I was surprised that the Mumsnet website contained very little information about tutoring, despite a large volume of tutoring-related questions being posted on their online talk boards.
