IT solutions provider Fifosys, founded by 2010 Young Gun Mitesh Patel, has announced the acquisition of mobile specialist Black Mobile Solutions.

Acquired for an undisclosed amount, the deal will see the leading outsourced IT company combine Black Mobile Solutions’ product – applications for mobile and connected devices, within its own offering.

Established in 2001, Fifosys specialises in providing IT solutions and consultancy to mid-market and fast growing businesses with key services including cloud computing, tailored IT support, auditing and project management.

The acquisition will see Fifosys expand its service to offer its clients mobile solutions, bespoke SMS campaigns and mobile optimised websites.

Managing director, Patel, commented:

“Our clients in sectors as varied as accounting, property, retail and hospitality are starting to recognise the potential of a joined up, multi-channel operational platform in ensuring customer engagement across every channel. This acquisition will present us with the comprehensive service offering to help them achieve this.”

Peter Bryant, director of Black Mobile Solutions, continues: “Fifosys has a great internal culture and a team that are extremely driven to succeed, something that fits well with our own company values.

“We are very pleased to be part of this exciting, growing organisation and the opportunities it will create for our combined client base and prospective customers.”
