onefinestay founded by 2012 Young Guns Greg Marsh and Tim Davey has signed up its 1,000th member.

The announcement marks a fourfold membership and accommodation portfolio increase across 12 months for the company, which hires out luxury homes to its members while the owners are away.

Branding itself as the world’s first ‘unhotel’, onefinestay provides guests with hotel services, including a 24/7 guest service, luxury linens and an iPhone preloaded with local recommendations from the homeowner.

Following expansion into New York in May 2012, the company now operates over 100 sites across the US city, in addition to managing more than 700 in London.

CEO and co-founder Greg Marsh commented: “The announcement of our 1,000th member is a rewarding end to what has been a significant year for onefinestay.

“With plans already afoot for our next international roll-outs, we are expecting 2013 to be equally exciting as we continue to deliver on our plan to build an unhotel in every major world city.”
