Rebranded simply as Instant, Hamilton’s company is a global market leader in brokering the occupation of serviced office space. It now employs 100 across offices in London, Sydney and Miami. Revenues have reached £26m with EBIT earnings of £3.6m. The business is targeting £100m revenues by 2020.
