Despite only being formed in 2006, call handling provider In Call Solutions is in the enviable position of having a predicted turnover next year of over £6m, and having been profitable since day one. Although it supplies exclusively to the UK telecoms reseller market, through its resellers, it currently supplies around 15,000 end-user business customers that include high street retailers, banks, sports-related, public sector companies, and media firms. Founder Rob Booth has his eye on the long term, saying “the aim is to become the leading specialist supplier of numbers and inbound call handling in the UK – a £100m turnover business by 2015 – and look at all options for the business at that stage”. Organic growth has been strong so far, but to reach the 2015 target Booth is hopeful to secure funding by the end of this year to allow the company to begin a new strategy of acquisition with product diversification also.
