25-year-old James Connelly is the co-founder of a mobile advertising agency that today has campaigns running in 70 countries. Not only that, the business has won clients including Hotels.com, Paddypower and Sony Music within a year, despite Connelly stating that getting clients to “commit to decent investments into mobile” has been his biggest challenge. “There is still a cautious approach to buying new media in times of economic uncertainty,” he notes. This isn’t putting him off innovating though, as he plans to continue to push preconceptions of what can be done with mobile marketing, while growing into global territories too including a San Francisco office later this year.
