The luxury travel offer site, Secret Escapes co-founded by last year’s Young Gun Tom Valentine has partnered with global travel brand, Condé Nast Traveller to launch a new service.

Founded in February 2011 and listed in the Startups 100 last year, Secret Escapes is a free to join member’s website which specialises in one-off flash sales of four and five-star hotels and holidays worldwide.

The joint venture sees the launch of an exclusive white label of Secret Escapes entitled ‘Secret Deals’ on the travel brand’s website, CNTraveller.com offering a range of flash sales to customers.

The ‘hand-picked’ holiday provider will also be advertising hotels featured with a ‘seal of approval’ in Condé Nast Traveller’s magazine on its own site.

The partnership follows the Startups Awards winner’s recent success having secured £8m investment in a funding round led by Atlas Venture and Octopus Ventures.

Chief commercial officer of Secret Escapes, Troy Collins commented:

“We’re excited to be working with Condé Nast Traveller to provide a secret deals service through their website.

“This partnership will open up a wealth of opportunities to introduce new consumers to our offers.”

Jamie Jouning, digital director of Condé Nast Traveller added:

“A seamless and mutually beneficial partnership, it will also provide an important new revenue stream for the business.”
