How does a fledgling digital marketing agency carve a niche in a growing and competitive market? It’s something that Connolly, who founded the UK’s number one digital agency (as named by Revolution magazine), should know about. Enable Interactive found most of its early clients in the charity sector – building up a name for itself through work with the likes of Greenpeace, Christian Aid and the British Red Cross. Despite this, the Bristol-based agency sadly closed its doors in September. “Unfortunately with budgets under massive pressure in the not-for-profit sector, the climate is incredibly tough,” said the agency. It might be the end of the road for Enable, but we’re sure we’ll be seeing a lot more of the talented entrepreneur behind it.
