Written and reviewed by: Shane Donnelly With the new football season nearly upon us, London-based sports marketing company Project11 is going to give one start-up an advertising opportunity they can really celebrate.Its #PitchYourStartUp competition will award one small businesses a bespoke £60,000 Premier League advertising package, which will see its brand displayed across the perimeter of English league football’s biggest clubs.Also included in the package is account management from Project11’s global client services team, as well as additional support to maximise the perimeter advertising campaign.The most-watched football league in the world, the Premier League is broadcast in 229 territories – reaching a global audience of 3.34 billion people.Over 236,000 hours of global TV coverage is dedicated to Premier League football, with the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham being some of the most followed sports teams in the world.To enter the competition, businesses must complete an online entry form before the 23:59 GMT deadline on the 20 August 2017.In the week commencing 21 August 2017, five finalists will then be selected to create and submit a video pitch – which they have until 01 September 2017 to do so.Entrants must have a turnover of less than £10m and employ fewer than 50 full-time or part-time members of staff.The winners will be announced on 04 September 2017.
