Channel 5 calls on entrepreneurs to apply for new TV show

Double Act Productions and Channel 5 are on the hunt for people who are about to start, or who have recently started, a business to appear in a new TV series about start-ups.

The series is looking for entrepreneurs who think they have an interesting story to tell and would like to share the journey of starting their own business.

With BBC series like The Apprentice and Dragons’ Den continuing to draw in huge audiences, the show represents an opportunity for nascent entrepreneurs to gain exposure for their businesses.

The company behind Channel 4 hit Gogglebox recently called for entrepreneurs and investors to take part in a new TV show “celebrating British start-ups in a positive way” so it’s clear that producers are increasingly looking to promote the UK’s enterprise community.
