Written and reviewed by: Henry Williams UK office space provider Orega has announced the launch of its first co-work space in Manchester’s MediaCity to cater for start-ups and entrepreneurs in the local area.The Blue Room office space, located on the 12th floor of the Blue Tower, offers business owners access to shared workstations, a business lounge, meeting rooms, free WiFi, free tea and coffee, and storage lockers.Said to offer a “perfect space for freelancers and entrepreneurs”, shared flexible desks are available to rent for 10 days at £199 a month, or tenants can rent a dedicated desk for £249 per month.According to the Start-up Cities Index 2015, Manchester has the highest start-up rates in the whole of the North West and there are plans underway to make Manchester the “Shoreditch of the North”.Find out more about starting a business in Manchester here.
