By speaking to and surveying business owners, he uncovers the current challenges facing start-up organisations. He then examines and tests products to understand which ones are up to the task of supporting these challenges. This mixed-methods approach generates the insight that is used to inform our on-page product recommendations.
James holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Social Research. Prior to joining Startups.co.uk, he worked as a researcher in the construction industry.
