Nigel joined Bupa as Chief People Officer in June 2017 and took responsibility for sustainability in May 2021. Since then, the global healthcare provider and insurer has re-defined its sustainability strategy, committed to developing the climate knowledge of its 85,000 employees, and launched eco-Disruptive: a start-up innovation programme focused on the intersection of climate and health.
Prior to joining Bupa Nigel was Human Resources Director for TalkTalk and HR Director for Sales and Marketing worldwide for Rover Group. He has also worked in Human Resources at Nortel Networks, Marconi and the logistics group Wincanton plc.
