Launched in 2006, this GPS tracking system allows athletic types to track and record progress when participating in sporting endeavours such as hikes, marathons and sailing. The application is downloaded onto a mobile phone and real-time updates are uploaded to the web allowing your friends and family to observe your progress. Users can also check their phones during their sporting challenge to chart their own progress as they go along.
