Husband and wife team Lloyd and Adwoa recently received a lot of coverage after staring alongside celebrity chef Raymond Blanc in BBC2’s The Restaurant. The pair set up a chain of Ghanaian food stalls and a corporate catering company in London back in 2005 after deciding a restaurant was too risky a venture. However, since appearing on the show, they’ve received both investment and a healthy dose of confidence and have now decided the time is right to brave the restaurant industry.
