Mohammed was just 18 when he started his recruitment agency for luxury retailers in July last year. Since starting the service, Mohammed says he has been taught some harsh lessons about business: “We’ve had problems with dishonest people and delays in payments,” he says. Mohammed is pragmatic about his challenges, though: “There’s a bottom line. We’re there to provide a service, and we’re not going to agree to that if people waste our time.”
