Monday.com has some attractive discounts and deals to take advantage of. In comparison, Trello has just three payment tiers, which means there is less flexibility for teams to choose from. The latter also costs around £0.50 more per user, per month than Monday.com, making it slightly less affordable.

One of Trello’s most unique selling points is its easy-to-use, colour-coded, drag-and-drop style Kanban boards.

But Wrike works just as well, if not better, as a Kanban-based software. Its interface is intuitive and clean, and is designed to quickly report information on project progress and scheduling with low-tiered features like custom widgets. Because of this, it’s larger scaled, easier to read, and also slightly more modern looking than Trello.
