The Start-Up Series is now open for May, meaning your business can enter to stand a chance of securing equity investment of £150,000.

Each month since October 2016, The Start-Up Series has been open to entries for two weeks, with early stage businesses entering to win funding from a £1.8m Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS), along with business support from experienced investor Worth Capital and extensive media coverage on Startups.co.uk.

And following a period of due diligence for the successful companies, we have now been able to reveal the names of two winners – RentalStep and Not Dogs – which have been profiled right here on Startups.co.uk.

To be eligible you must be a UK citizen of 18 or over with a UK-registered business. Your business must have been in operation for 21 months or less, have fewer than £200,000 in gross assets and fewer than 25 employees.

If your application is successful you will be required to submit a detailed business plan and take part in a video interview with Worth Capital.
