Holly Tucker named among Cameron’s new UKTI business ambassadors

Young Gun Holly Tucker MBE, co-founder of curated online marketplace Notonthehighstreet.com, has been named as one of David Cameron’s six new UKTI business ambassadors.

Tucker’s role will involve promoting trade and investment to UK businesses to encourage them to make the most of international opportunities by managing communication between politicians, meeting international ministers and attending small business events at home and abroad.

The prime minister's six new ambassadors are:

  • Holly Tucker, notonthehighstreet
  • Stephen Kelly, Sage
  • Emma Jones, Enterprise Nation
  • Karen Blackett, MediaCom
  • Liv Garfield, Severn Trent
  • Paul Kahn, Airbus Group UK

Notonthehighstreet has also announced the launch of its retail app for the new Apple TV – said to be the first of its kind in Europe – which will customers to browse through its online marketplace on the platform.

Cameron commented: “It is excellent that some of Britain’s best and brightest business minds will be working with us. Our new business ambassadors will bring a wealth of experience and expertise, helping us to unlock markets, grow our international trade and boost inward investment.”
