Karen Paterson, Patersons HR & Payroll Solutions
Judges’ comments:
Karen Paterson is an inspirational female entrepreneur who has built one of the fastest growing technology companies in Europe and is busy taking her business global; her payroll service is available in 30 languages and around eight in ten of the company’s clients are US multinationals. Her business is that rare thing: a British technology company that has solved a problem the Americans couldn’t solve for themselves.
