According to Clarriots Care, the voting process for 2017’s award was “very tight”.This isn’t the first award that the aptly-named Bests have won for their franchise. Last year, the brand dubbed the Cheshire East branch its “best new Clarriots Care office”.During an event organised for the team to celebrate this accolade, registered manager Steph Roll said it was “testament to our commitment and dedication to be recognised in this way. Our staff truly care about our service users and consistently go that extra mile to ensure that the support provided is correct for each individual”.Other Cheshire East office staff at the event attributed the franchise’s success to the fact that the team “get on so well”, is “like family” and support one another. One staff member said: “I’ve always found the office team to be brilliant and they’re always there to help out if there are any issues.”Founded in 2008 by James W. Carratt, Clarriots Care provides person-centred care services which enable less able people to live safely and independently at home.Paul Best commented: “It’s a fantastic achievement for the entire Cheshire East team, I’m so proud for all their hard work this year.“They all dedicate so much to our clients and brilliant to see the hard work has been recognised. This award makes us very proud and I can guarantee that as a team we’ll be even more determined to continue our efforts to support those in our community”.
