Domestic care franchise SureCare has extended its territories in the Chester area with both a new franchise and local micro franchise in the city.

Care manager Rachel Gallagher is to head up SureCare Chester, while mother and daughter franchisee duo Carole Southgate and Clare Potter will be heading up the micro outlet – a franchise covering a smaller territory (typically 100,000) available for a reduced fee.

Established in 1994, SureCare specialises in adult health and social care, home services, holiday care, childcare and home services such as DIY, cleaning and gardening.

It claims to be the first care chain to launch micro opportunities and says that its offerings have been “rapidly gaining momentum” with over 30 full franchises now in operation across England.

It plans to push its franchise recruitment in 2015 as managing director Gary Farrer explained:

“During the coming year, we will be adding to the number of franchises we have across the UK, as well as rolling out additional services.

“The care requirements of people of all ages has never been greater and it is imperative that companies like SureCare are able to fully meet the needs of its clients.”
