Boomin was founded with the intent to disrupt the current property portal market which has not changed since its launch 20 years ago. The current model is limited and charges high fees, often too high for estate agents to sustain.

True to its name, Boomin arrived on the market with a bang, introducing never-seen-before features. Boomin allows customers to register their interest against property currently being valued, hence the aptly named Secret Property. It also features SneakPeek, so customers can access new stock not yet on the market.

MatchMaker, a feature mirroring a Tinder-like structure, matches up buyers with homeowners who are not yet on the market.
