Adversity Award Finalist 2012: Circle Cider

Circle Cider is a new craft cider producer based in Swindon Wiltshire. It’s aim is to produce a Wiltshire cider wherever possible using local apples from abandoned and unused orchards supplying a wide varying selection of apples to create a lighter cider than the traditional Westcountry beverage. The overall aim is to make a return to drinking cider the traditional way putting it back into it’s proper place between beer and wine as the UK’s best alcoholic offering pressed from fruit grown in the locality to produce a distinctive drink.
