Ruby Star Associates is the UK’s only “Ooomph” tank – it uses research and evidence to support businesses, accidental business people, social enterprises and charities to innovate and grow.
Created on the basis that most of what is conventionally offered in training and consultancy is either based on no, or very outdated, evidence, Ruby Star Associates looks to tackle problems with backed-up evidence.
It provides up-to-date information about what really works now and allows clients to experiment and innovate from there. It follows the mantra that “releasing people from conventional wisdom and mythology of how organisations should operate frees dramatic creativity, fosters innovation and produces dramatic results”.
