The Heritage Healthcare (Ealing & Richmond) story:

It took Daniela Coutinho four years of deliberation before she finally opened the Ealing branch of Heritage Healthcare in 2014, after deciding that the franchise shared her ethos of high quality care.

It looks like a good match – two years later, the branch has delivered over 52,000 hours of care to local communities and is set to achieve a seven-figure turnover. On the back of this success, Coutinho and her husband Ivan bought the neighboring Richmond branch in September 2015, becoming Heritage’s first dual franchise owners.

The specialist care provider visits clients in their own home from as little as 30 minutes to 24 hour live-in care, offering personal care to household and domestic services, companionship and social support. Starting from £15 per hour, Heritage works closely with clients and their families to develop a tailored care plan for each individual and ensures its service matches their needs.

To ensure the highest standard of care, Coutinho carefully selects employees and provides them with an ongoing programme of training and professional development. This approach sees the branch deliver over 4,000 care hours each month.
