The Startups Awards 2018 will be bigger and better than ever, with the addition of two awards to celebrate the organisations that oil the wheels of the start-up industry.

For the first time ever, the Startups Awards will look to not only recognise the UK’s most exceptional start-ups but will also showcase the crucial services of organisations that make start-ups’ growth aspirations possible.

The two new awards categories are open for entries here and include the:

  • Start-up Community Catalyst of the Year

This award is for start-up workspaces, incubators and accelerators, which play such a vital role in the start-up ecosystem.

Has your organisation built a strong community and a support package that gives early stage businesses the best chance of reaching the next stage? Then this award is for you.

  • Growth Business Enabler of the Year

This award is for an organisation with a superlative track record of working with, and delivering, key services to fast-scaling companies.

Does your record precede you and is your approach and offering particularly growth-focused and unique in some way? If you’re a company operating in professional or business services then enter today.

Established in 2004, the Startups Awards is the longest-running awards of its kind and has built a reputation for recognising and celebrating the rising stars of British business.

Previous winners include Ella’s Kitchen, Onfido, Notonthehighstreet.com, Purplebricks, The Cambridge Satchel Company and 2017 overall winner Bulb, all of which have gone on to enjoy huge success, becoming recognised industry names.

The Startups Awards 2018 is supported by headline sponsor The Start Up Loans Company and is also backed by haysmacintyre, Oracle NetSuite, GoDaddy, and AXA Business Insurance.

For start-ups, as opposed to start-up supporters, there are 15 accolades up for grabs for 2018 with entries open to independently owned businesses in the UK that started trading after 1st August 2014 and no later than 31 July 2017.

Entries for the Startups Awards 2018 close at midnight on Friday 14 September. To find out more about the Startups Awards, follow this link.
