Claiming to be the UK’s only in-house creative and recruitment solution, Wiser marries the two to match top talent with major brands across a variety of sectors.

How does it work? The creative team uses design, web development and film to show off a company’s best assets to prospective candidates and draw top graduates, and its talent acquisition experts use “innovative recruitment processes” to source and handle applicants, with a focus on good candidate experience.

Founded in 2013 when founders Fin O’Kane, Omar Habbal, Ben Buffone, Ari Ratnakumar abandoned their own careers in order to “change the perception of recruitment”, Wiser started out in the graduate market and has since grown into technology (Wiser Digital) and sales (Wiser Elite) thanks to a growing client base and growing demand.

Today, Wiser manages the entire graduate recruitment process for the likes of AND Digital, Just Eat, Sky Betting and Gaming, Worldpay, and Fidelity International. It also has purely creative clients such as Expedia, the Civil Service, Credit Suisse, Paddy Power Betfair and GSK and clients it solely recruits for without any additional creative work including Alpha FX, CEB, Deloitte, Red Bull, Ted Baker, Vita Coco, Candy Kittens, Nivea, and PROPERCORN.

And that’s not all. Its clients can also benefit from a range of advertising services, from online and campus attraction and social media, to data reporting, behaviour analytics and media buying. This young company is changing the face of a saturated industry with a novel solution that matches “the best” talent with top employers – long may it continue.
