Two-year-old MVF Global is built on strong foundations, according to co-founder Tom Morgan. The entrepreneur steered the lead generation start-up away from business he deemed risky, even if lucrative, and has still got MVF Global on track to see a turnover of £8.5m this year. Furthermore it has clients in 20 different countries and has grown to over 50 staff.

Morgan says that “the greatest part of the achievement for me is doing everything from a standing start with no external support or funding.” Sustained growth may be down to the business’ strategy of targeting fast-growing sectors, such as green energy, and strong economies, including Germany, Brazil and China. New sectors and economies are being scoped out all the time.
