Autosmart, a franchise which distributes valeting products to the trade, has welcomed three new franchiseeses to its chain on the back of its Swansea, Reading, and Stourbridge resale opportunities.

Its new trio of “success seekers” all have a background in the motor industry and include Sean Balcombe, operating the Swansea territory, Iain Johnstone of Reading and Vincent Cornfield of Stourbridge.

Established in 1979, Autosmart offers an owner-operator, van-based business opportunity which involves its franchisees selling motor cleaning products to a range of customers.

The news follows a series of recent triumphs for the franchise brand after it was recently awarded the bfa Franchisor of the Year title for the third time in six years, and announced “record breaking” franchisee profits.

With over 100 franchisees in the UK, Autosmart is looking for more aspiring business owners to join its chain and has resale opportunities available in several areas including Birmingham, Wolverhampton, and North East London.

New Swansea franchisee, Balcombe said:

“I’ve always been in the automotive industry, so I’d seen Autosmart products everywhere and know they are respected within the trade. I’ve wanted to run my own business for a long time and the franchise opportunity in Swansea was perfect for me.

“Autosmart have been great with helping me through my start-up process and it’s great to know the support continues throughout the life of my business.”
