The award is based on anonymous feedback from each and every franchisee on the support on offer, how good the working relationship is, and whether the franchise meets their expectations.Ben Jones explained his decision to become a Mac Tools franchisee:“I’ve been using Mac Tools products for a long time, so I know how good they are and how good the company is to work with. When my local Mac Man told me about the opportunities to join the team it got me thinking about how much I’d love to be on the other side, actually selling the tools. Now that I am, I can’t wait to get out on the road as a Mac Man myself.”Liam Kettlewell, commercial director for Mac Tools UK, continued:“We know our success is built upon the success of our franchise holders so it’s important we do all we can to support them. It’s great to receive such valuable feedback on the business as well as how it interacts with its franchisees.”Find out more about Mac Tools and its franchise vacancies here.
