Franchise Opportunities Live, a national exhibition to showcase franchise vacancies, is re-launching for its third year to help those considering starting a franchise career.

Running at Victoria’s Park Plaza Hotel on September 5 and 6, the 2014 exhibition will look to provide prospective franchisees with tailored advice and support and will host several successful franchise brands including McDonald’s, Platinum Property Partners, and Kare Plus.

The event will feature a pre-arranged face-to-face meeting service for exhibiting franchises and visitors, as well as a seminar programme facilitated by the British Franchise Association (bfa) covering topics such as choosing the right franchise, as well as legal and financial advice.

There will also be a ‘Franchise Hub’ offering networking opportunities with franchise consultants, a ‘High Investment Franchise Panel’ for potential franchisees with a bigger budget, and a ‘Finance Clinic’ ran by Franchise Finance which will provide confidential advice on funding and business plans.

For budding entrepreneurs looking to find out more about successful franchisees, there will be a ‘Real Franchise Stories’ area with case studies from experienced franchisees on the “ins and outs” of franchising.

Franchise Opportunities Live is organised by Venture Marketing Group, its head of franchise sales; Adrian Goodsell commented:

“Franchise Opportunities Live is a relatively new and different way from prospective franchisees to progress their research into franchises.

“We are continually working to ensure that our events provide innovative and effective forums for potential franchisees to meet their ideal franchise. We pride ourselves in providing the best independent advice and guidance to visitors.”
