Namely, that every year, governments set aside billions of dollars in innovation incentives for SMEs globally – yet the barriers to actually accessing them are high.
Through a combination of strict eligibility criteria, time-consuming application processes, and a lack of specialist knowledge, small businesses are failing to collect the tax credits, grants, and local tax reliefs available to them.

Despite just two years in the space, the fast-growing company already supports over 300 UK startups, and climbs 21 places from its 96th placing in last year’s Startups 100 index.

With an aggressive, tech-oriented bent, Claimer is attempting to disrupt an industry traditionally characterised by lengthy, fixed contracts, hidden fees, and predatory sales tactics. Claimer’s pricing is transparent and upfront, and there’s little need for marketing – most of its business comes from word of mouth referrals.
