Putting data at the heart of all it does, houzen is an AI-powered real estate marketplace that’s been using data to help agents, developers and investors analyse properties since 2017.

Led by founder Saurabh Saxena, houzen started out by helping to lease and sell premium properties to lifestyle renters.

The property trading platform uses AI and Computer Vision to analyse millions of properties in real-time.

Since then, this property trading platform has been using AI and Computer Vision to analyse millions of properties in real-time. It then uses this analysis to provide agents and investors with a recommendations tool focused on maximising ROI.

Price transparency is also a priority for houzen, and this year the company released its tech and data stack directly to customers via a new B2C platform. This gave individual buyers, sellers and brokers access to the same powerful AI that had previously only been available to larger organisations.

The platform gives individual buyers, sellers and brokers access to the same powerful AI that had previously only been available to larger organisations.

As well as its B2C platform, houzen makes money in a number of ways: providing due diligence reports for property developers for Build-To-Rent projects, through its brokerage platform for agents, and by selling ad hoc reports for between £150 and £200.

We love houzen’s high-tech, holistic approach to the property marketplace, and we can’t wait to see what it does next.
