How are the Start-Up Series winners decided?
Each application will be carefully considered by Worth Capital. Those that qualify for the next round will be assessed in detail and required to submit a more detailed business plan, financial forecasts, and management team profiles.
Following interviews with each of the remaining entrepreneurs Worth Capital will agree a business valuation and all partiers will sign potential terms of business.
Worth Capital will then identify around six finalists who will each be invited for a half-day session with the Worth Capital team to explore the size of the market and the business’ future plans And then: one winner will be chosen for investment.
