With more than 100,000 clients, ranging from sole traders to government departments, turnover is expected to hit £6.5m next year, with further growth expected due to expansion in the US and Asian markets.

Rebranded simply as Instant, Hamilton’s company is a global market leader in brokering the occupation of serviced office space. It now employs 100 across offices in London, Sydney and Miami. Revenues have reached £26m with EBIT earnings of £3.6m. The business is targeting £100m revenues by 2020.
