Founded in 2009, Twenty Recruitment is attempting to carve a niche in the world of recruitment by being genuinely value driven, and focusing on careers, not just jobs. Its rapid rate of growth so far attests to the wisdom of this strategy: 2011 turnover increased by over £3m to reach £7m, and £12m is predicted next year.
A New York office was opened in 2011, and UK growth is now being replicated Stateside. It is perhaps no surprise that this venture so far is proving incredibly successful; co-founders Kinnersley and Paul Marsden sold their previous recruitment firm Astbury Marsden for £17.5m in 2007.
