Hampshire based recruitment firm CV-library has been named 65th in The Business Magazine’s annual Southern Tech Top 100.

Founded in 2000 by 2012 Young Guns alumnus Lee Biggins, the online jobs board was last year named a London and South Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. It currently has more than 8.3 million CVs on its database and processes more than two million job applications per month.

The company – which counts G4S, Asda and TK Maxx among its 9,000 clients and expects to hit £17m turnover this year – has moved significantly up the rankings from last year and has its eyes on further growth.

The list is ranked by turnover and celebrates the top 100 private, independent technology companies in the region. This year’s ranking companies boasted an aggregated turnover of £52bn.

Biggins commented: “CV-Library’s market success has a correlative impact on the businesses using our services. As our turnover and influence increase, we are able to refine our product offering and attract even more job hunters to our site, and our client’s vacancies. To be recognised by The Business Magazine for our achievements is a valued indicator of our ongoing success.”
