Conceived in 2006 and only launched in January this year, Horsesmouth is a not-for-profit social networking site that enables people to connect with mentors. The site’s founder, MT, said she came up with the idea when she took a year out from her advertising career, and decided to combine her ‘communication instincts’ with social enterprise. Sir Richard Branson was MT’s client for ‘many years’. “He taught me about being brave and risk-taking and being true to core values,” she says.
