Fixing the issue of targeting everyone and converting no-one, Userled uses generative AI to personalise B2B offers and content journeys.

Startups 100 - Userled

Founders: Yann Sarfati and Tristan Saunders
Founded: 2022

Userled is on a mission to help B2B companies convert more key accounts through one-to-one personalisation. Of course, in sales, that may not sound like anything new – remembering a few key client details and understanding their disposition is a pretty key part of a customer centric CRM strategy, after all.

What Userled does differently, however, is the way it helps businesses to scale tailored offers and content journeys, all powered by generative AI. This can be anything from a personalised message, delivered at a relevant stage of a prospect’s onboarding journey, to entirely different landing page content that’s generated bespoke for the relevant needs and interests of a client.

Userled’s no-code interface and reliance on AI means that tailored, branded marketing campaigns can be rustled up in seconds. Everything from text to imagery can be generated via Userled’s AI capabilities to ensure a client sees something that’s personalised, relatable, and likely to prompt an action. All of this can help to streamline a business’s sales pipeline with minimal effort.

“Our vision is to make personalised marketing easy, accessible, and efficient,” the Userled team enthuse. By providing a unique experience to key accounts and contacts, Userled’s software can help B2B sales teams to close leads more effectively and increase engagement from their key accounts.

Cofounders Yann Sarfati and Tristan Saunders turned their creative outlooks and business experience into an opportunity that has truly made Userled one to watch.

“We come from entrepreneurial families and always knew we’d start our own business,” the founding team tell us. “With experience selling to enterprises and leading engineering teams at large corporations, we gained the skills and confidence to turn our ambition into a successful venture.”

Despite launching relatively recently in 2022, Userled has already raised £4m in pre-seed funding to help scale up its ambitions.

“We’re making personalised marketing easy, accessible, and efficient to give B2B companies the competitive advantage they need in today’s ever-shifting digital landscape,” says cofounder Yann Sarfati.

With ambitions to enter into international markets over the next five years, while deepening its existing partnerships with numerous enterprise clients, Userled is seeking to be the secret weapon for B2B sales journeys.
