Brothers Dominic and Alex, both music graduates, realised upon leaving college there was no clear career path for the wealth of musical talent coming out of the country’s schools and colleges. Their solution was to start music management company Young Guns.
The company manages and creates groups from scratch, ranging from rock opera groups to 60 piece orchestras. Turnover for 2007 was close to £1m, and the brothers are now looking to expand the business abroad.
