Spacemade is capitalising on the increasingly common hybrid work approach, by offering work spaces that forego the bland and obvious, and bringing an element of vibrancy and individuality to their branding.

Its aim is to be the antithesis of the larger, multi-national shared offices, which often have a cookie-cutter approach to design. Individuality is core to the company’s vision, with each space uniquely tailored to the building’s own needs.

Spacemade works with building owners to design fully serviced flexible workspaces that many modern employees have come to expect, thanks to the pivot to hybrid working.

The company helps these businesses realise a unique identity and brand that helps them stand out and be more attractive to these hybrid workers. The spaces are part of a rapidly growing network across the UK, for members to drop into from the suburbs to major city centres.

The innovative approach is paying off, as despite only being founded in 2019, Spacemade has already launched five workspaces, and has another three in the pipeline.

Spacemade, according to its owners, is the first-of-its-kind operating partner for building owners, and works to the hotel model of profit share and management fees. A strong ethos of the company is aligning with the building owner’s partners and tailoring spaces to individual needs for both the client, and its customers.

The appeal of Spacemade’s vision is clear, with customers ranging from individual freelancers, to SMEs and corporate teams. The innovative approach is paying off, as despite only being founded in 2019, Spacemade has already launched five workspaces, and has another three in the pipeline that will be open by the end of 2021.
