Startups.co.uk is pleased to announce that Dragons’ Den investor Touker Suleyman, the entrepreneur behind famous fashion brands Hawes & Curtis and Ghost, will be judging entries for this year’s illustrious Startups Awards.

The latest in a series of high-profile entrepreneurs to join the judging line-up, we can also reveal that Jon Wright; the co-founder of Innocent Drinks and JamJar Investments, and David Buttress, the CEO of JUST EAT, have also been named as judges of the 2015 awards.

Suleyman, Buttress and Wright will join business moguls Cath Kidston MBE, Holly Tucker MBE of notonthehighstreet.com, Mark Pearson of MyVoucherCodes.co.uk, and several other esteemed founders and start-up experts, on the judging panel to decide which innovative, exciting start-ups should be named Startups Awards winners.

Now in its 12th year, the annual Startups Awards looks to celebrate the cream of the crop of British start-up talent and has built a reputation for uncovering early-stage businesses which have gone on to become leading brands such as the Cambridge Satchel Company, Naked Wines and Secret Escapes.

This year, there are 13 categories to enter including new categories App Business of the Year, which Buttress will be lending his expertise to judge, and Retail Business of the Year, alongside long-running award accolades such as Product Business of the Year and Service Business of the Year.
