Large language models (LLMs) are having a moment. However, despite being the driving force of the AI revolution, their tendency to glitch or ‘hallucinate’ is causing a real problem for businesses relying on them for accurate information.

What’s more, with so many LLMs to choose from, knowing which models are best at managing various tasks isn’t easy – but Unify AI has found a solution.

Unify AI aims to help businesses tap into the potential of AI, by giving them access to only the best LLMs. With the ultimate goal of enhancing the robustness of LLM pipelines, the London-based startup matches developers with LLMs that are based on their unique requirements, while optimising for quality, cost, and speed.

Unsurprisingly, the company’s router is a learned neural network itself, adept at figuring out which models are best for performing certain tasks.

According to Unify AI founder and CEO Daniel Lenton, this unique router, the company’s neutrality, and its three-pronged approach to connecting businesses with the best LLMs has helped separate the venture from what is fast becoming a crowded market.

Despite launching in 2022, Unify AI has secured over £6.3 million in seed funding from an impressive roster of inventors, including A. Capital, M12, Essence VA, and Y Combinator.

The company is also currently in talks with multiple Fortune 500 companies, as well as an assortment of startups that are looking to optimise their LLM deployment pipelines, suggesting that the business’s client base is growing at a healthy rate too.

Looking forward, Unify AI is keen to continue cashing into the AI gold rush by expanding its platform to cover all levels of the LLM iteration cycle, from ideation to final deployment.

With the LLM market expected to rise by 35.9% between now and 2030, Unify AI will no doubt have a huge impact on the industry in 2025 and beyond.
